The program is based on functional bodyweight movements and is intended to improve athleticism, endurance, and strength. All with a sprinkling of obstacles, Primal-style! Unlike the other classes at Primal, the workouts are progressive, varying in volume, intensity, and specificity over time. At your goal review, your coach can help you plan which area to focus on for you to see the most progress!
