Once you’ve completed Primal Foundations, as a member you gain access to the gym outwith of class times! Primal Gym is all about variety so we know that when and how you exercise varies too. Gain more freedom and flexibility with open access gym. We offer a generous schedule of open sessions throughout the week. Suitable for more experienced movers looking to train independently and those unable to come during regular class times. Lift, climb, jump, run & roll and move how you want, when you want, at the touch of a button.

Book in just like to any other class – just pick an open access session instead of a class in the schedule.

There are a few open access sessions throughout the week where a member of staff will be present – generally before or after some of the classes.

Only full access membership & open access membership allow open access gym training.

Open access gym isn't advised if you are new to the gym – or are not experienced working on your own.

Before you are able to undertake open access training you will need to undertake an orientation into the gym and the health and safety of lone training and the gym, including covid policy. Please contact us to find out more.
