Our calisthenics program is designed to keep your training fresh, challenging, and effective. Each Monday and Thursday, we rotate through five formats: strength & skills, strength endurance & conditioning and progress testing. Every Tuesday, we offer a dedicated session focused on one specialized format, perfect for reinforcing fundamentals and refining technique. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, our structured approach ensures you progress efficiently while having a blast.
