This session is inspired by Callenetics (not to be confused with calisthenics!), which is a form of bodyweight exercise that focuses on small, precise movements designed to improve tone, endurance, and flexibility. The goal of Callenetics is to create long, lean muscles while improving overall fitness. It is considered low impact conditioning that you can use to complement other forms of training.
