His background includes martial arts, calisthenics, gymnastics, and weightlifting, allowing him to create dynamic and varied programs tailored to each individual. He also enjoys helping out with obstacle courses for kids' birthday parties at the gym, bringing fun and fitness together for all ages.

A graduate of Sport’s Science and Physical Activity, Fabio has always been interested in various movement disciplines. He is a an all-rounder and firmly believes in learning and training a wide variety of skills. He enjoys disciplines such as acrobatics, martial arts, bodyweight training and body awareness as well as embracing new physical challenges. Fabio will help you reach your movement goals, develop strength and flexibility, improve acrobatic skills and simply have fun learning new tricks.

Jena is a gymnastics coach with passion for uplifting others and helping individuals reach their personal goals. Jena was a competitive gymnast for 10 years before beginning her coaching career! She has coached movers of all ages in both recreational and competitive settings in three different countries! She has a wide variety of skills and her classes are focused on high positive energy and individual attention to the details of essential gymnastics skills. Come join Jena for all the flips and fun!

Jason
Jason is a passionate movement instructor, with a background as a professional unicyclist. Hes takes his action sports skills and channels them into teaching fun and high energy Ninja Warrior classes at Primal, for adults and children alike. His classes focus on dynamic and creative movements, primarily obstacle based or just with body weight. Jason hopes to help clients explore and discover new ways of pushing their limits. Jason has also performed in front of Prince Charles as well as in numerous TV shows and adverts.

For Liliia, acrobatics started out as a childhood hobby and evolved into a career. She has worked as coach for the last 12 years, since completing her diploma in physical education. She is an extremely enthusiastic and positive instructor! If you dream to do the splits, handstand, walkover or the bridge – Liliia is your answer. If you want to improve your flexibility, coordination and strength... then Liliia is your answer! She will share her knowledge and experience to help you to unlock your talent, mentoring you in your journey.

Olga
Olga is our in house anatomy geek (and also our graphic design wiz!) who will help you move in the best way possible. Her background is in dance, movement science & yoga. She's constantly upskilling and holds an honours degree in dance and nearly 1000h of training in movement anatomy and injury prevention. This blend of interests makes her sessions creative and insightful, helping her clients develop freedom of movement and awareness through yoga and mobility. Olga is experienced in collaborating with physios.

Teigan
Teigan is one of our dedicated kids coaches! She leads our Primary Gymnastics and Primal Preschool classes. She loves coaching gymnastics to all ages and stages! In her own words: ‘My favourite thing to see is our members developing and achieving – it brings me joy!’. Coaching is her passion and has been for many years: she has started gymnastics at age one, before becoming a coach at age 16. She holds a level two qualification in gymnastics. She is also our client success manager!
