Calisthenics allows you to develop strength using your bodyweight only! In each session we will work through a couple skills to take you from complete beginner to power athlete. Achieve your first pullup, your first pistol squat, your first muscleup (strict), single arm pullup, front lever, back lever, planche and more!

Adult Gymnastics
Our adult gymnastics sessions run throughout the week and allow for all round training in floor based gymnastics. Develop gymnastics specific strength and mobility, learn foundational skills, try or advance your tumbling. Pick the session that covers what you want to learn or do them all!

Integrated into OCC and Ninja Warrior, the DEKA Mark is a new standard of testing designed to establish an objective baseline of fitness that motivates us to consistently push our bodies. It’s standardized, allowing you to improve over time and compare your results to all DEKA athletes around the world.

Mobility & Flexibility
Mobility and flexibility are both improved through stretching. The focus of flexibility is to improve particular skills, such as front splits, middle splits, backbends and many more! Mobility is a more general term for improving ranges of motion in all joints in the body, to help with overall stiffness and recovery from exercise.

Build physical strength, endurance, mental toughness, and a resilient lifestyle. The workouts are progressive, varying in volume, intensity, and specificity over time with regular goal reviews with your coach. Based on functional bodyweight training with a sprinkling of obstacles, Primal-style!

Besides group classes, you can take advantage of more personalised training through one to one and small group sessions.
