Jena is a gymnastics coach with passion for uplifting others and helping individuals reach their personal goals. Originally from Utah and New York Jena is a part time gymnastics coach and a full time student pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian. Jena was a competitive gymnast for 10 years before beginning her coaching career! She has coached movers of all ages in both recreational and competitive settings in three different countries! She has a wide variety of skills and her classes are focused on high positive energy and individual attention to the details of essential gymnastics skills. Come join Jena for all the flips and fun!
