Once we have a clear picture of your goals and needs, we'll pair you with the most appropriate Primal Gym coach. We'll ensure your coach has the expertise and personality to bring out the best in you.
3. The Initial Session: Assessment and Connection

This session also includes an InBody Scan, providing valuable insights into your body composition. From here, your coach will gather all the information they need to write your first program.
