At Primal Gym, we put the FUN back in functional fitness! Our mission is to get everyone moving and take exercise back to its natural roots. Why? Because we believe in fitness that you can use in your everyday life. All new members go through our Primal Foundations programme - a gateway to our unique approach. Once you're in, the fun begins! Sign up for a class, take advantage of open access gym and get moving! Work on your fitness or some unique skills with our personal trainers, alone or with some pals. 1. DISCOVERY CHAT

Interested in joining Primal Gym but not quite sure where to start? Don't worry – we've got you covered! Introducing our Discovery Chat – the perfect way to kick off your fitness journey. Best part? It's absolutely free. We will book you in for a session with one of our friendly coaches, and together, we will explore which of our Primal Foundations courses, is the right fit for you.

2. FOUNDATIONS

Primal Foundations is a package we offer to all new customers. It’s your gateway to everything we offer at Primal. It's your opportunity to work with many different coaches one on one, to test drive our classes and get a taste of personal training. It's like an all-inclusive package to get you started on your fitness journey and get clarity on your goals and needs!

3. MEMBERSHIP

Once you have completed Primal Foundations, you are ready! Based on your findings we will recommend the next steps! We will work together to create the best programme for you, including our public classes, open access gym, individual or small group personal training! Our memberships start from £77 per month. We are excited to start this journey with you.

CLASSES

We offer a varied programme of classes, best if you're looking for structured sessions under the guidance of one of our coaches, in a fun environment, training alongside other members.

OPEN GYM

Take advantage of a generous schedule of open access, best if you're looking to train independently, suitable for more experienced gym users and those unable to come to classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One to one or small group sessions for a group of friends, perfect if you're looking for a bespoke training programme or want to master some unique movement skills.
